1. Digital Products

All products sold on MiniMinds Studio are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. No Refunds on Completed Payments

Once a payment is completed and the digital product has been made available to you (via download link), the sale is considered final. We do not provide refunds for "change of mind" or if you decide you no longer need the product.

3. Exceptions

If you encounter technical issues accessing the file or if the file is corrupted, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as duplicate purchases.
